
With summer in full swing, our grill has been getting a lot of use recently. Grilled pizza has been in heavy rotation. After raving about it on Instagram, I realized lots of people didn’t realize how simple it really is! No recipe needed; just a few simple tips.
Ingredients
My husband has an amazing pizza dough recipe, but we keep it simple for the grill and buy everything pre-made.

Grill It Up
First lightly coat one side of the crust in olive oil and then place it directly on the grill on high. You can leave the parchment on.

Grill for approximately 1-2 minutes on high, to your desired preference.

Turn the grill down to medium so it’s ready for the next step. Then take the pizza inside add your toppings to the GRILLED side.
Remove the parchment paper and toss the pizza back on the grill on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

Once everything is nice and melty, you’re ready to eat!
