Thinking ahead to St. Patrick’s Day? Here’s a colorful craft idea that’s perfect for your little learners. This craft is great for all ages because older kiddos can use their hands and babies can use their feet. I personally find it much easier to use footprints with babies because they tend to make fists versus nice handprints, but once your littles get in to the toddler stage handprints become much easier.
As always, I suggest using ink pads instead of paint because the ink really shows the fine details and is less likely to smear.

If your kiddos (or you!) are feeling crafty, go on and draw the pot of gold yourself. In a rush or working with littles who can’t pitch in for this part yet? Head on over to my design shop and grab this template for yourself. It isn’t personalized with a name or date so you can use it over and over as many times as needed. Perfect for schools and day cares!
